Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with tax prep exp preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships within the community.
• Coordinate with internal experts to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via video tools.
