Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site team at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide tax expertise, client advisory, and end-to-end tax services while growing your local client base and leveraging Intuit resources.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll work with a team of specialists to deliver personalized tax solutions, build long-term relationships, and help customers achieve positive financial outcomes through year-round support.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s per tax season using professional tax prep software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling various tax scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Promote Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and other services.
• Build lasting client relationships and deliver end-to-end tax solutions with a personalized approach.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experiences and assist clients with tax planning and questions.
