Intuit is seeking skilled TurboTax Local Service Experts to prepare tax returns on-site, advise clients, and connect them with Intuit’s ecosystem of services. You will drive local growth, build relationships, and deliver end-to-end experiences for individuals and small businesses using TurboTax.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, min 20 hours/week.
• Complete required training and development as directed.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used for advertising.
• Interested in building local and online social presence.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Act as community ambassador and drive local growth and client base.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Develop relationships and deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.
• Deliver best-in-class customer service and solve tax challenges.
