Intuit, Inc. in the United States seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax advice and comprehensive preparation for clients at a TurboTax location.

You will engage with individuals and businesses, expand local clientele, and collaborate with tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and planning specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services. The role emphasizes on-site work, community outreach, and a client-centric approach to help customers achieve financial clarity and prosperity

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional tax services with training.
• Onsite role with 20+ hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador and drive local client growth through outreach and events.
• Connect clients to holistic Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and resolve tax-related questions.
• Maintain on-site presence at a TurboTax location and participate in training.
