Intuit is hiring year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide tax expertise and client readiness in our local TurboTax offices across the United States. You will prepare returns, conduct planning, and help customers maximize refunds while growing local client bases.

Position emphasizes on-site work, community engagement, and leveraging Intuit resources to guide clients toward the full ecosystem of Intuit solutions.

Qualifications

• Active professional credentials preferred (EA/CPA/attorney).
• At least 3 years of paid tax return preparation for individuals.
• Ability to file federal/state returns and knowledge of Circular 230.

Responsabilités

• Provide tax expertise and complete TurboTax client returns, from simple to complex.
• Conduct discovery sessions, identify deductions, optimize taxes, and offer planning tips.
• Build local community presence through events, outreach, and partnerships.
• Serve as the local face of TurboTax, driving client growth and referrals.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience with professional communication.
