Intuit seeks year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide tax expertise and client service at a local TurboTax office. You will advise clients, complete tax returns, and lead community outreach to grow the local customer base.

Role emphasizes delivering a best-in-class experience, collaboration with TurboTax resources, and potential upsell to Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation (30+ returns per season) using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Must be onsite at TurboTax office 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; minimum 20 hours/week.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Lead local outreach to grow a new customer base and organize community events.
• Promote Intuit ecosystem and connect clients with related services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and ensure clients leave with a clear path forward.
