Intuit, Inc. seeks on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to prepare taxes and advise clients in person at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work with a team of tax professionals, helping individuals and small businesses navigate complex tax situations and optimize refunds. You’ll build local relationships, participate in community events, and connect clients with broader Intuit services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax prep software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Deliver discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and provide future planning advice.
• Act as a local community ambassador, growing the client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Develop a deep understanding of each client's financial picture and connect them to Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
