Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, serving in-person and virtual clients. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert advice, and software support, collaborating with specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, build long-term relationships, participate in community events, and help customers achieve financial goals using Intuit resources. This is a nonexempt, onsite role.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney qualification and PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing federal/state returns.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax location.
• Ability to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Act as a community ambassador, growing local client base.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience through in-person and virtual interactions.
