Intuit is hiring a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and advice at a local TurboTax location. You will engage with on-site and virtual clients, guiding them through complex and simple tax scenarios while leveraging Intuit’s ecosystem for broader advisory services.

You will grow your local client base, participate in community events, and collaborate with a network of tax and financial professionals.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• EA/CPA or practicing attorney preferred.
• Willing to work onsite 20 hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem options like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships by delivering proactive, best-in-class service.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and clear communication.
