Job summary

Intuit is seeking focused Local Service Experts to prepare taxes, advise clients, and support TurboTax customers at onsite locations across the United States. You’ll work closely with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax services and connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and planning resources.

Roles emphasize building local relationships, community outreach, and delivering a seamless customer experience in-person and remotely using Intuit tools.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
• Must complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms as needed.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Be a proactive community ambassador and grow local client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem for bookkeeping, payroll, planning.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure exceptional service.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experiences in person and via video tools.
