Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking passionate Local Service Experts to deliver in-person and virtual tax assistance at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You’ll handle full-service tax preparation, provide expert guidance, and utilize Intuit resources to build lasting client relationships in your local community. The role emphasizes on-site collaboration with a team of specialists, serving clients from W-2 to complex business taxes while expanding TurboTax’s local footprint and offering year-round

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow TurboTax client base through community outreach and local engagements.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience with on-site collaboration and comprehensive client understanding.
