Job summary

Intuit seeks proactive TurboTax Local Service Experts to prepare taxes on-site and assist clients with complex scenarios. You will connect clients with Intuit's ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, while growing the local community presence.

Ideal candidates have active credentials (EA/CPA) or related legal background, 3+ years of tax prep, and comfort working onsite 20+ hours weekly. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorneys with strong tax prep experience.
• At least 3 years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory with training.
• Must be onsite Mon-Fri 8:00–17:00, 20+ hours/week.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be used in marketing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete prep for TurboTax clients.
• Expand local client base and build long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit customer experience.

Enrolled Agent / CPA / Attorney credential

PTIN credential
