Qualifikationen

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 1040 federal and state returns using professional tax software.
• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours/week, during peak periods.
• Must complete required training and development per business needs.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex returns.
• Identify deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, referrals, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
