Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in one of our U.S. TurboTax locations. You will provide on-site and virtual tax prep, serve as a trusted advisor, and help customers navigate complex financial situations.

You’ll collaborate with a broader team, grow the local client base, deliver a seamless end-to-end experience, and participate in community events. This role emphasizes personalized service, growth-minded entrepreneurship, and year-round

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office 20 hours/week M-F 8:00–17:00

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador, growing the local client base through outreach and events.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients with bookkeeping, payroll, planning, or Credit Karma as needed.
• Build relationships with clients to turn one-time transactions into long-term engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional service and clear financial guidance.
