Intuit Inc. in the United States is seeking highly organized individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert network.

This on-site role blends tax expertise, client service, and community engagement to help customers navigate complex returns and maximize refunds. You will work from a TurboTax location, provide hands-on tax advice, and collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end service for personal and business needs.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training provided.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise - give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador - build local client base, organize events, and drive local growth with marketing support.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem - connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services for year-round support.
• Build Relationships - develop long-term trust and convert one-time transactions into ongoing client relationships.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience - ensure professional, helpful service and use Intuit tools for client interactions.
