SRM Concrete is seeking a safety‑minded Tanker Operator to transport cement from terminals to SRM plant locations in Alabama. You will perform inspections, complete logs, and coordinate with dispatch while upholding SRM’s safety standards.

Ideal candidates have a valid Class A CDL, DOT Medical Card, and 2+ years of tanker experience with a clean driving record. Local or regional routes keep you home regularly, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL with at least 2 years of tanker driving experience.
• Current DOT Medical Card as required for commercial driving.
• Clean driving record with no serious tickets or accidents in recent years.
• Solid knowledge of DOT regulations governing material transport.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and handle physical tasks safely.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate Class A tanker truck delivering cement to SRM Concrete plant locations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections for safety and compliance.
• Maintain accurate logs and delivery documentation per DOT and company policy.
• Coordinate with dispatch for instructions and route updates.
• Ensure proper loading/unloading and prevent contamination or spills.
• Follow routes, schedules, and safety procedures with professionalism.
