SRM Concrete is seeking a Class A Tanker Operator to safely transport cement from supply terminals to SRM plant locations. You will perform pre-trip and post-trip checks, maintain logs, and coordinate with dispatch to meet delivery schedules while upholding SRM's safety standards.

The role emphasizes local or regional routes with home time, competitive hourly pay with overtime after 8 hours, and strong benefits. A clean driving record and DOT compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required, Tanker Endorsement helpful but not required.
• Current DOT Medical Card.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience driving Class A tanker trucks.
• Clean driving record with no serious tickets or accidents in the last 5 years.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards for material transport.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A tanker truck, transporting cement from terminals to plant locations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
• Complete and maintain logs and delivery documentation per DOT regulations.
• Communicate with dispatch for delivery instructions and route updates.
• Ensure secure loading/unloading of cement and prevent spills.
