Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking a safety-focused Tanker Operator with a Class A CDL to transport cement from terminals to concrete plants. You will conduct thorough inspections, maintain logs, and communicate with dispatch to ensure timely deliveries.

Two years of tanker experience and a clean driving record are required. Expect local/regional routes, home-time, and overtime pay with potential bonuses and benefits as part of SRM’s team.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with current DOT medical card.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience driving Class A tanker trucks.
• Clean driving record with no major tickets or accidents in the last 5 years.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards for material transport.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A tanker truck transporting cement to SRM plants.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections for safety and compliance.
• Complete delivery documentation and logs in line with company policies.
