Job summary

TForce Freight, Inc. is seeking a Local Account Executive to grow and manage a portfolio of SMB accounts within a local territory in the United States.

You’ll build strong customer relationships and tailor TForce Freight solutions to meet shipping needs, driving revenue and retention. You will analyze transportation trends, maintain a robust sales pipeline, and collaborate across teams to deliver integrated proposals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Based locally or willing to relocate to the territory.
• At least 1 year of Microsoft Excel experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for customer meetings.
• At least 1 year of B2B sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of SMB accounts within your territory.
• Develop strong customer relationships and position TForce Freight solutions to meet shipping needs.
• Review sales reports and transportation trends to uncover opportunities and risks.
• Track sales activity and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally by sharing leads and supporting joint proposals.
• Train customers on TForce’s digital shipping and tracking tools.
• Analyze revenue trends and provide service recommendations.
• Prepare weekly sales recaps and competitive updates.
