WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
As the Local SMB Division Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing, coaching, and scaling a remote team of outbound-focused sellers. You’ll be a key player in shaping sales strategy, refining outbound motion, and ensuring the team hits aggressive growth targets.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a remote team of hunters focused on acquiring new SMB clients (local/regional brands and independent agencies).
  • Drive new revenue by supporting team members in prospecting, pitching, and closing local advertisers and agencies.
  • Establish clear KPIs and pipeline targets, ensuring team accountability and consistent quota attainment.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to refine outreach strategies and improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Build playbooks and repeatable outbound sales frameworks to scale growth.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for coaching and optimization.
  • Recruit and onboard top sales talent to expand the SMB division.
  • Foster a culture of urgency, discipline, and winning—while maintaining a fun, supportive team dynamic.


YOU’LL HAVE THE FOLLOWING TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  • 4+ years of sales leadership experience, specifically managing outbound/hunter-focused SMB sales teams.
  • Proven track record of leading teams that consistently exceed new business quotas.
  • Experience in programmatic advertising, martech, SaaS, or digital media sales preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the SMB space and the challenges local businesses face in digital marketing.
  • Skilled in pipeline management, outbound sales strategy, and sales process optimization.
  • Tech-savvy with strong CRM/reporting experience.
  • Exceptional communication and coaching skills, with a passion for developing talent.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable leading in a remote-first environment.
