Job summary

Tidepoint Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Local RN - OR in Virginia. The role runs days, 7:00 am to 7:30 pm, for 13 weeks with a 36-hour workweek and additional on-call shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.

Required are a VA license, 2 years OR experience, ability to scrub and circulate, and experience in thoracic, trauma, neuro, spine, orthopedics, and robotics. AHA BLS is required; CNOR is preferred. EPIC is used for EMR and benefits include health coverage and 401(k).

Qualifications

• VA License required.
• Minimum of 2 years OR nursing experience.
• Ability to scrub and circulate in OR settings.
• Experience in Thoracic, Trauma, Neuro, Spine, Orthopedic and Robotics is required.
• AHA Basic Life Support certification.
• CNOR certification preferred.

Shift: Days, 7a-7:30p, 12x3, 36hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks

On-call day and over nights (average 2-4 call shifts in a 6 week period including weekends)
Holiday: call only if it falls with contract time frame

Requirements:

• VA License
• 2 Years Experience
• Must be able to Scrub and Circulate
• Thoracic, Trauma, Neuro, Spine, Ortho and Robotics experience a must
• AHA BLS
• CNOR preferred

Other Details:

• Common types of cases: Ortho, Neuro, Maxillofacial , ENT, Plastics, Vascular, Colo-Rectal, General, GYN, Robotics, Urology, Spine, Podiatry, Thoracic, Breast
• # suites 11 suites# of cases per day 25-35
• Scrubs provided by hospital
• EMR- EPIC
• Local accepted
