Job summary

Tidepoint Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Local RN - Surgery in Wisconsin for a 13-week assignment. The role is days, 6:30a-3p, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with call shifts depending on the department needs.

Requirements include a WI license, 2 years of RN experience, ACLS/BLS, and proficiency in DaVinci robotics for ortho, sports medicine, spine, and urology surgeries. Travel experience and potential onsite float within 40 miles are expected.

Qualifications

• Must hold WI license and have at least 2 years RN experience.
• DaVinci robotics experience in ortho, sports medicine, spine, or urology is preferred.
• Travel experience and flexibility to float onsite within skill set is required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide surgical nursing care in a high-demand environment.
• Assist in OR with robotic cases and different surgical specialties.
• May float to sites within 40 miles based on department needs.
• Adhere to hospital policies and participate in patient safety initiatives.

Shift: Days / 6:30a-3p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week, M-F

Length: 13 weeks

Call: based on department needs - currently at week day nights: 1-2 call shifts per week; Weekend- 2 weekend days per 4 week schedule; Holiday: Christmas Eve
