Job summary

Croell, Inc. in Northeast Iowa is seeking a ready mix driver to join our team. You will perform short-haul deliveries, be home every night, and contribute to projects building roads, bridges, and structures. You will experience diversity in hauling to different contractors and locations.

Requirements include Class A or B CDL with a current DOT medical card, strong communication skills, and the ability to work safely. We offer overtime, comprehensive benefits, and a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• CDL with Class A or B and current DOT medical card.
• 1 year experience preferred; training is provided.
• Must comply with DOT safety and truck inspections.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate ready mix truck and deliver concrete per route.
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report issues.
• Verify load size, slump, and ticket accuracy.
• Communicate with dispatch and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of vehicle and equipment.
• Complete paperwork using tablets or mobile devices.
