Job summary

GCC is seeking a Class A/B CDL driver to deliver ready-mix concrete to construction sites. You will perform pre-trip inspections, operate a concrete mixer, and ensure on-time deliveries while maintaining safety and communication with dispatch.

The role requires high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to pass DOT drug and physical, and the stamina to lift up to 50 lbs in varying temperatures. GCC offers competitive benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 0–3 months related experience.
• Ability to pass DOT drug screen and physical.
• Maintain driving record in accordance with federal and state regulations.
• English reading, writing and speaking required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver concrete mix to job sites using a mixer truck.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections per DOT regulations.
• Load and place additives as specified by customers.
• Communicate with dispatch via radio and status systems.
• Maintain clean truck and equipment; observe safety procedures.
