The N2 Company invites entrepreneurial, relationship-driven sales professionals to launch and grow a BeLocal publication in their community. As an Area Director, you will operate as a local publisher, driving revenue, forming partnerships with business owners, and shaping a magazine reflecting your community's heart.

This hybrid role blends in-person engagement with remote work from your home office. Your first months focus on territory setup, building client bases, and scaling a recurring

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultative meetings with local business owners to establish long-term advertising partnerships.

• Engage with homeowners to capture authentic, community-driven content.
• Manage your territory, sales pipeline, and publication operations.
• Partner with N2's national team for design, production, training, and ongoing support.
• Lead your publication's growth as the face of Stroll in your market.
