Job summary

The N2 Company seeks a Territory Sales Manager to launch and lead a BeLocal publication in your local market. You’ll operate as a local publisher, driving revenue, building partnerships with business owners, and shaping a magazine that reflects your community.

Your first months focus on establishing your territory and client base, then growing an asset you own. This hybrid role blends in-person community engagement with work from your home office, supported by N2’s national team for design,

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultative meetings with local business owners to establish long-term advertising partnerships
• Build meaningful relationships within the community using a proven engagement model
• Connect local businesses with their ideal customers through your publication
• Engage with homeowners to capture authentic, community-driven content
• Manage your territory, sales pipeline, and publication operations
• Partner with N2’s national team for design, production, training, and ongoing support
• Lead your publication's growth as the face of BeLocal in your market
