Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree required; 5–7 years professional experience with 2–3 years supervisory experience or 9+ years related technical/telephony experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage technicians in installation, repair, and central office maintenance.
• Review technician work quarterly and enforce procedures; initiate disciplinary actions as needed.
• Monitor central office/OSP jobs, inspect after completion, and coordinate job cut-over.
• Utilize ETA system to monitor tasks, adjust plans, and prepare monthly schedules.
• Provide safety training and maintain OSHA records; ensure DOT driver documentation.
• Monitor controllable expenses, inventory, and vehicle and building maintenance.
• Collaborate with city officials and customers to maintain Uniti's positive image.
