Job summary

Frontier Communications seeks a Local Manager to lead a team of field technicians delivering residential and business services. You will oversee operations, safety, and performance to meet activation/repair deadlines and stay within budget.

You will drive customer and community relations, partner with HR, and ensure compliant labor practices while supporting market growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CCNA, PMP or CWNP a plus.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Meets service activation and repair dates and manages budget objectives.
• Manages a P&L budget to meet revenue goals and expenses.
• Provides feedback and training to motivate the team to exceed goals.
• Partners with HR to apply practices/policies consistently.
• Maintains a safe work environment with regular safety training.

Engineering knowledge of OSP/HSI/DSL/F
