Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Driver non-CDL to deliver pre-ordered products to assigned accounts on specified routes. You will merchandise, rotate items, and collect returns while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role requires at least one year of work experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to comply with DOT regulations. Local delivery experience is preferred, with 21+ eligibility to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of one year of work experience.
• Local delivery experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Delivers products to customers on assigned route.
• Merchandise, displays and rotates products according to company standards.
• Picks up company property from customer locations and collects returns.
• Utilizes computer technology to create customer invoices, collect money due, and settle all customer accounts daily.
• Provides excellent customer service and meets customer expectations through communication, problem resolution, and follow-up.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures including DOT regulations.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with other departments to build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
