Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company is seeking a Driver non-CDL to deliver pre-ordered products to assigned accounts on your route. You will merchandise and rotate products, process invoices, and maintain customer satisfaction on every stop.

You must be 21+, have a valid state license as applicable, and maintain a clean driving record. PIT certification may be obtained after hire, with a strong emphasis on safety and accuracy in daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of one year of work experience.
• Local delivery experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Missouri: Class E license; Illinois: Class C license or Class C permit; Iowa and Kansas: Class C license.
• Clean driving record within MVR guidelines.
• PIT certification upon hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers products to customers on assigned route. Merchandise, displays and rotates products according to company standards.
• Creates customer invoices, collects money due, and settles all customer accounts daily.
• Provides excellent customer service and follows up to meet expectations.
• Complies with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Collaborates with other departments to build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
