Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company is seeking a Driver non-CDL to deliver pre-ordered products to assigned accounts on defined routes. The role involves loading, merchandising, and maintaining professional customer interactions.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, a clean MVR, and at least one year of experience. PIT certification can be obtained after hire; local delivery knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of one year of work experience.
• Valid state driver’s license required; MO Class E, IL Class C, IA/KS Class C as applicable.
• Clean driving record per MVR guidelines.
• Experience with powered pallet jack and PIT certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers products to customers on the assigned route and merchandise according to company standards.
• Uses computer systems to generate invoices, collect payments, and settle accounts daily.
• Provides excellent customer service and follows up to resolve issues.
• Ensures compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Collaborates with other departments to maintain customer satisfaction.
