Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company is seeking a Driver non-CDL responsible for delivering pre-ordered products to assigned accounts on specified routes. The role supports merchandise, invoicing, and customer service while adhering to DOT and company policies.

Work is on a 4x10 hour schedule starting around 5am; candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of delivery experience, with a valid state license and clean MVR.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of one year of work experience.
• Local delivery experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Missouri: Class E license; Illinois: Class C license or obtain Class C permit before starting.
• Clean driving record within MVR guidelines.
• PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) certification required upon hire.
• Pre-employment background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers products to customers on assigned route; merchandise, displays and rotates products per company standards; collect returns.
• Create customer invoices, collect money due, and settle accounts daily using computer systems.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up to meet customer expectations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies including DOT regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
