Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company is seeking a Driver non-CDL to deliver pre-ordered products on assigned routes and provide friendly customer service to clients in the community.

The role requires merchandise, rotation, and collecting payments, while maintaining strong customer relationships and adherence to company standards and DOT regulations.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of experience, a clean driving record, and can operate pallet jacks and obtain PIT certification after hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of one year of work experience.
• Local delivery experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Clean driving record within MVR guidelines.
• Prior experience using powered pallet jack preferred and ability to obtain PIT certification after hire.

Responsibilities

• Delivers products to customers on assigned route, merchandise, displays and rotates products per standards; collects returns.
• Creates customer invoices and collects money daily using available systems.
• Provides excellent customer service and follows up to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensures compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Collaborates with other departments to build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
