Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company seeks a Driver non-CDL to drive and deliver pre-ordered product to assigned accounts on designated routes, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction. This role requires a valid license and reliable delivery skills with strong service orientation.

On day and night shifts, the driver will maintain product presentation, comply with DOT regulations and company policies, and collaborate across departments to ensure customer satisfaction at every stop.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of work experience.
• Local delivery experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Clean driving record within MVR guidelines.
• PIT certification obtainable upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Delivers products to customers on assigned route.
• Merchandise, displays and rotates products according to company standards.
• Picks up company property from customer locations and collect returns.
• Uses computer to create customer invoices, collect money due, and settle all customer accounts daily.
• Provides excellent customer service and meets customer's expectations through communication, problem resolution, and appropriate follow-up.
• Ensures compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
