Sysco in the United States is seeking a delivery driver to manage daily routes, loading and unloading at stops, and assisting with cross-dock operations. You will follow designated routes, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain proper safety procedures under DOT and company policies.

The role requires the ability to lift and move product, communicate clearly with customers, and complete required pre-trip inspections. CDL preferred; 21+ and clean driving record expected.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• One-year route delivery experience or driving a straight truck.
• CDL reading/speaking in English preferred.
• CDL holder will be designated as CDL driver under DOT rules.

Responsabilidades

• Run routes efficiently, meeting or exceeding designated route times.
• Unload product using hand carts, place in customer storage areas.
• Assist with loading pallets and other duties as needed by supervisor.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections per DOT and Sysco policies.
• Verify deliveries with customers and obtain signatures.
• Handle discrepancies on invoices and communicate errors/returns.
• Maintain safety, inventory, and inter-department communications.
