Job summary

Healthforce is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a travel - temporary assignment in Franklin, New Hampshire. The 6-week role starts 10/05/2026, with a guaranteed 36 hours per week on a 3x12 night schedule (18:45–07:15) in a Skilled Nursing Facility delivering long-term resident care.

Local-only assignment with weekly pay of 890–930 and dedicated recruiter support. Prior LTC experience is preferred; NH license or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in New Hampshire.
• Prior experience in long-term care preferred.
• Ability to work night shift (18:45–07:15) and provide consistent care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in long-term care.
• Administer prescribed medications and basic treatments per orders.
• Monitor residents, document changes, and communicate with the RN and team.
• Assist with activities of daily living and safety measures.
• Maintain charting and participate in care plan reviews.
• Adhere to infection control and regulatory requirements.
