Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities, including delivering meals, turning and ambulating patients, and ensuring hydration.
• Help patients with personal hygiene, provide bedpans, and assist with baths, shampoos and showers.
• Provide adjunct care such as ice packs, non-sterile dressings, and therapeutic baths.
• Check vital signs and record information in the patient chart.
• Assist nurses and other staff as needed.
• Adhere to professional standards, policies, procedures and Joint Commission standards.
