Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an on-site contract in Franklin, NH. The shift runs 6:45 PM–7:15 AM, 12 hours per day, 3 days a week, with a minimum 36 hours and a 7-week assignment.

The position pays $31/hour with a weekly base of about $1,116. Under RN supervision, the LPN delivers direct patient care, participates in care planning, administers medications, and collaborates with the care team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing is required.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience is preferred in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Reads, writes, and speaks English for safety and communication.
• Maintains BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Collects, reports and documents objective and subjective data.
• Administers medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Provides direct patient care and plans care with RN oversight.
• Supervises unlicensed staff and coordinates with other departments.
