Job summary

Healthforce seeks an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 7-week assignment in Keene, NH. The role is based in a skilled nursing facility with an evening shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM and 32 guaranteed hours weekly.

Start date is 10/05/2026, with weekly pay ranging from $776 to $811. Local candidates preferred; optional extension opportunities may be available through nationwide travel assignments.

Qualifications

• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred.
• Ability to perform essential nursing duties and document care accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents under supervision of a registered nurse.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments; monitor for effects and document responses.
• Perform routine assessments, monitor vital signs, and identify changes requiring escalation.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and ensure comfort, safety, and dignity.
• Implement care plans, document care events, and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate records, ensure adherence to infection control practices, and comply with safety policies and regulations.
