KOAT, the Hearst affiliate in Albuquerque, NM, seeks an Account Executive to sell advertising across TV and web platforms. You will prospect new businesses, negotiate rates, and build strategic partnerships to grow local client bases.

You will report to the Local Sales Manager and collaborate with a talented team to deliver powerful multi-platform marketing solutions to partners. Prior media or digital sales experience is preferred.

Formación

• 1+ years in media or digital sales
• Experience developing new/non-traditional business
• Strong negotiation skills
• Consultative, customer-focused selling approach
• Accountability in a goal-driven environment
• Must be a team player
• Experience selling to business owners
• Familiarity with qualitative research to support sales

Responsabilidades

• Produce revenue across all platforms (TV and web)
• Prospect, contact, and present to new businesses
• Develop new revenue through local business development
• Form strategic partnerships in the market
• Manage an active account/client list
• Create and deliver sales proposals aligned with station strategies
• Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to the team
