• Identify and execute growth opportunities for branch teams.
• Advocate for the local branch network and drive success.
• Share best practices across regional calls and networks.
• Coordinate quarterly marketing performance reports.
• Oversee annual budget and spend.
• Be a trusted partner across Local and Central Marketing.
