Job summary

This role requires securities licenses and a passion for leadership and sales management, with responsibilities spanning interviewing, training, and compliance in a dynamic, client‑facing environment.

Qualifications

• Active and valid Series 7 license.
• Active and valid Series 66 (63/65) license required (may be obtained within 90‑day condition of employment)
• Active and valid Series 9/10 license required (may be obtained within 90‑day condition of employment)
• Active and valid Life and Health Insurance license (may be obtained within a 120‑day condition of employment)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or equivalent work-related experience
• 4+ years financial sales leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coaching to the branch sales team.
• Oversee sales processes and performance management.
• Deliver training and recognize high performance.
• Engage clients with investment guidance and service.
• Interview prospective employees and collaborate with partners.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and administrative tasks.
