Job summary

Centennial Real Estate Company LLC seeks a Local Leasing Manager to oversee and direct the Center's Local Leasing program in Paramus, NJ. You will maximize leasing revenue, manage licensees, and collaborate with on-site management and the corporate team.

You will prospect new tenants, negotiate license agreements, monitor performance, and implement growth plans across local and regional centers while ensuring adherence to budgeting and operational guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of general business, sales, leasing, media, or retail experience preferred.
• Strong organization, negotiating, and interpersonal skills.
• Travel may be required as needed.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and network offsite to identify tenants for local/permanent leasing programs.
• Negotiate license terms and prepare deal sheets.
• Walk deals through the approval process and coordinate opening.
• Identify and develop local tenants into potential permanent tenants.
• Work with Director & EVP to establish rent guidelines and income growth objectives.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with center restrictions and marketing standards.
• Manage collection of weekly/monthly sales reports and payments from licensees.
