Job summary

Virginia Farm Bureau Insurance is seeking a driven, community-rooted Insurance Sales Agent to serve King George County, VA. You’ll help neighbors protect homes, land and livelihoods while earning a base salary plus commissions and bonuses.

No ceiling on earnings, with a generous benefits package and robust training. Role is based in King George County with a strong focus on local relationships, community involvement and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills for building lasting relationships with community members and organizations.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Good time management and the ability to work independently toward goals.
• A passion for sales; prior sales experience helpful but not required.
• Property & Casualty licenses and Life, Health & Annuities licenses are preferred; licensing training provided.
