Qualifications

• Licenses required or provided (Property & Casualty; Life, Health & Annuities).
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Good time management and ability to work independently.
• Goal-oriented, results-driven mindset.
• Prior sales experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with farm families, small business owners and local residents.
• Help customers protect homes, land and livelihoods with appropriate insurance products.
• Meet new and existing clients in Louisa County and surrounding areas.
• Earn commission and performance-based bonuses based on results.
