Earthwise Environmental Solutions LLC in Elizabeth, PA is seeking a Commercial Front Load Driver to operate front-load refuse trucks for commercial routes, collecting waste and recycling while maintaining safety and customer service. This full-time position offers year-round work from early shifts and potential overtime.

The driver will perform routine inspections, comply with DOT regulations, lift up to 50 lbs, and coordinate with dispatch to ensure efficient service.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B required; clean driving record and ability to pass DOT physical and drug screen.
• 1 year commercial driving experience preferred; waste industry a plus.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-load trucks to service commercial routes as assigned.
• Pick up and empty waste or recycling containers per route schedule.
• Inspect truck daily; complete required pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Ensure containers are returned with lids closed and area clean.
• Communicate issues to dispatch or route supervisor (blocked containers, unsafe conditions).
• Follow all safety policies and regulations.
• Report mechanical issues or safety hazards immediately.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance of the truck.
• Provide courteous customer service at all times.
