Job summary

Allstate Northern Ireland Limited is seeking a Direct Sales Agent Specialist to drive growth by acquiring new business and cross-selling to existing customers. You will manage a local pipeline, cultivate community partnerships, and support marketing initiatives.

The role involves in-person and phone-based sales in Plant City, with a base hourly rate and uncapped incentives based on performance. Prior P&C licensing is preferred or attainable within 90 days.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in sales or insurance is preferred.
• P&C licensing preferred or ability to attain licensure within 90 days of joining.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline with local leads and referrals.
• Develop relationships within the community to support business growth.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales.
• Partner with leadership to support sales and local marketing initiatives.
