Allstate Northern Ireland Limited is seeking a Direct Sales Agent Specialist to drive growth by acquiring new business, cross-selling to existing customers and maintaining a robust book of business. The role involves in-person and phone-based sales, local community engagement and partnerships to expand market presence.

You will stay informed on products, guidelines and competition while delivering results that meet performance and customer experience standards in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in sales or insurance roles.
• P&C licensing preferred or must obtain licensure within 90 days.
• Able to generate and maintain a sales pipeline locally.

Responsabilités

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell and retention.
• Build and maintain a local pipeline via leads and referrals.
• Develop community relationships to support growth (dealers, events).
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities.
