• This position offers a base and commission at a starting rate of $23.70 per hour.

This role involves delivering products to stores on established or dynamic routes, including convenience stores, gas stations, small supermarkets, and drug stores, with an average of 15-20 stops per day. Responsibilities include driving the delivery vehicle, unloading products, stocking shelves, building displays, setting up promotional materials, generating invoices, and handling cash and charges. The position requires frequent interaction with store management.

This is a labor-intensive role requiring lifting, loading, and pushing/pulling cases weighing 20-45 pounds repeatedly, along with reaching, squatting, and bending, often in various weather conditions. Long hours may be necessary during peak seasons.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Deliver products, serve customers, and execute promotions at multiple stores daily.
• Operate trucks requiring an appropriate CDL license.
• Service all scheduled customers by the end of each shift.
• Merchandise and rotate products according to standards.
• Use pallet jacks, hand trucks, and breakdowns to move products.
• Establish positive relationships with store contacts.
• Comply with operating procedures and DOT regulations.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Pass drug, physical, and DOT tests.
• Valid U.S. CDL with Non-Excepted Interstate Status (with specific regional considerations).

HELPFUL EXPERIENCE:

• Experience operating trucks with a valid CDL.
• Experience delivering directly to stores and merchandising.
• Proficiency with handheld computers and equipment like pallet jacks.
• Warehouse experience is a plus.
