Payrate increases to $30.65 per hour after training while on route

This position involves delivering products to stores on established routes or via dynamic dispatch to customers, including convenience and gas stores, small supermarkets, drug stores, etc., with an average of 15-20 stops per day. Responsibilities include driving the delivery vehicle, unloading products, stocking shelves, building displays, setting up promotional materials, generating invoices, and daily settlement of cash and charges. The role requires frequent interaction with store management.

This labor-intensive position involves lifting, loading, and pushing/pulling a high volume of cases (20-45 pounds each), along with reaching, squatting, and bending under various weather conditions. Long work hours may be required during peak seasons.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Deliver products, serve customers, and execute promotions to multiple stores daily.
• Operate trucks requiring an appropriate CDL license, including basic driving functions and maneuvering in tight spaces.
• Service scheduled customers by the end of the shift.
• Merchandise and rotate products according to standards, build displays, and maintain shelves.
• Use pallet jacks, hand trucks, and breakdowns to move products.
• Establish positive relationships with store contacts.
• Follow operating procedures and DOT regulations.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Pass drug, physical, and DOT tests.
• Hold a valid U.S. CDL with Non-Excepted Interstate Status (with specific regional considerations).

HELPFUL EXPERIENCE:

• Operating trucks with a valid CDL.
• Delivering directly to stores and merchandising.
• Operating handheld computers and equipment like pallet jacks.
• Working in warehouse environments.
